Taste our croquettes!

The grey shrimps croquette, winner of the “Brussels’s Best shrimp croquette award” two years in a row, or the cheese croquette, stuffed with Flandrien, a semi-cured variety of Gouda made in the Kortrijk area. Solo or Duo, or even combined, they can be enjoyed on site or bought to be fried at home, and are 100% homemade!

The Burgers: 100% beef, fried farm chicken, breaded fish (Saithe), breaded Belgian halloumi, homemade veggie patty, white or blood sausage specially prepared by our butcher Antoine Müller in Bohant. You can also have a bite at our homemade “fricadelle” or other Belgian cuisine hallmarks such as “Américain préparé” (spiced raw ground beef). The whole is prepared out of high quality Belgian products, and can be enjoyed on site or taken away.

Our smoked specialties

The Pastrami, prepared using Belgian brisket, is pickled for a couple of weeks in a secret spices mix, and smoked in our own smokehouse. Our salmon is a certified red label variety imported from Scotland, before we salt it and smoke it on site. Bought on site to be enjoyed later or eaten in the sanctity of our cantina, this one is sure to delight you!
